All pieces are handmade to order in our family workshop in Florence, Italy. We are working without any stock and our artisans need about 15 working days for manufacturing your order.

We are Fur Free. Our leather and shearling are by-product of the food chain.

Our materials comes from Italy tanneris which show commitment to advancing good social, environmental and animal welfare practice within their operations.

Delivery

Our craftsmen handcraft a few pieces at a time. Handmade-To-Order guarantees you an exclusive quality— a one-of-a-kind piece that will stand the test of time.

We guarantee shipping time within 15 working days.

Yes of course!
We currently deliver to over 40 countries worldwide. If we do not yet deliver to your country, then please sign up and we will notify you when delivery is available. 

We use one of most efficient express couriers. Please note, you will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched by the courier that takes charge of the delivery. The email will contain all details of the shipping, including Tracking Number where you can follow the delivery step by step.
It will then be possible to monitor the shipping from your personal page, or from the courier’s site.   

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address shown on your order confirmation. 

Yes, you can!  You can change it during the time of production, only you need to login to your personal account and change it. 

The courier will try getting in touch with you after delivering your order. 

If the order hasn’t been delivered within the expected date and you haven’t received any news or any updates on the order status, we suggest you to: verify the order status using your account  on Account > Orders; verify that the address is correct. If the status of the order is “sent” contact the courier; in case of missed delivery, contact the courier.

For further assistance contact us TO hi@tuscantailor.com, we will always be available for any queries you may have. If we’re not availabe, you can contact the courier and make arrangements for the following day. 

Return & Refund


Return collections must be arranged within 14 days of receiving your order. 
We will accept only items not worn or damaged.  TuscanTailor reserves the right to refuse the refund in case that the clothes show evident signs that it has been used or damaged. Items of clothing that have been modified won’t be accepted.

We always offer free returns.

To request a return, please send an email to hi@tuscantailor.com with your order number and the items to return.
Once completed, TuscanTailor will send a confirmation email, with the Return Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label and instructions for the return shipment.

Please follow attentively all given instructions. Make sure to print, and use the proforma invoice and shipping label provided by TuscanTailor. If the instructions are not followed correctly or if the provided documents are not used, Customs may apply import fees. These fees will be the Client’s responsibility and will be deducted from the final refund.

Please don’t return the order by yourself, we don’t accept assigned port.

Within 10 working days on receipt of the goods you will be accredited the amount with the same method you used upon making the purchase if possible (Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal). 

Return Terms & Conditions to obtain the refund:

We will accept only items not worn or damaged.

The goods to be returned must be put inside the original packing, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape.

The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.

In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite clients to immediately contac:  hi@tuscantailor.com. TuscanTailor reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, TuscanTailor reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.

Pickups for all authorized returns with TuscanTailor courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.

TuscanTailor reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, TuscanTailor reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.

TuscanTailor reserves the right to refuse the refund in case that the clothes show evident signs that it has been used or damaged. Items of clothing that have been modified won’t be accepted.

Any shipping that doesn’t meet the prior conditions will be sent back to the client without any refund.

Methond of Payment

All prices published online, payments, receipts and invoices are in: EUR, USD, GBP, AUD, CAD.

Credit Card, Debit Card and Paypal option. Payments are secure. We are provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.

CREDIT CARD & DEBIT CARD:

TuscanTailor accepts payments from credit cards and bedit card, and all details are entered into a protected online banking system.Like Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

PAYPAL:

TuscanTailor accepts payments from PayPal Accounts.

TuscanTailor has a Security & Data Protection and takes every precaution to protect personal information, by not memorizing the details of the credit card. 

The safety of the payments it’s also guaranteed by the encryption system SSL, used for every transaction made on the site: the details of your credit card won’t be accessible to no one.

TuscanTailor customer service agents will not ask for nor accept Credit Card number and/or expiration dates.

Invoicing is allowed only for purchases with delivery in EU countries. The invoice has to be requested at the checkout into "Invoicing address" section. Unfortunately we are not able to issue invoices when payment has already been done.

 

Alternative Dispute Resolution

If you've submitted a complaint that we could not solve together remember which was established by law on online dispute resolution service of consumers! From January 9, 2016 there is an online platform where you can find the list of organisms to which you can turn to open an online dispute resolution procedure. Alternative dispute resolution-ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)/ONLINEDISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR)
According to article 49, paragraph 1 letter V of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 # 206 (consumer code) the customer who intends to resolve a dispute arising with the merchant can invoke the procedure of Conciliation. The procedure can be initiated if the consumer after they complained to the company, within 30 days, has not received a reply that is not deemed satisfactory response has been received from him.
