SOURCING RESPONSIBLY
Our Merino Shearling Sheepskin is Leather Working Group-certified (LWG), which is the highest environmental standard in terms of leather tanning. We only collaborate with suppliers who show commitment to animal welfare practice, environmental and advancing good social.

- Made from 100% Italian Ovis Aries— a by-product of the food chain. This Merino Shearling has a velvety smooth, ironed wool and is finished with a silky suede reverse. It is characterized by medium weight sheepskins with thick wool. It is perfect for layering and will keep you warm throughout winter— crafted in Florence, Italy

Our Merino shearling sheepskin is known for being lightweight with extremely soft, warm, iron and exceptionally cosy wool. Finished with a supple silky suede— made with the highest environmental standard in terms of leather tanning in Florence.
HORN BUTTON FROM COMO
Our highly handcrafted sustainable horn buttons come from Como. Our supplier adhere OEKO-TEX project and optimize the use of machinery without waste.

Return & Refund

TuscanTailor always offers free returns.
If you are not satisfied with the item you received, we’ll be more than happy to solve your issue.
Return must be arranged within 14 days of receiving your order.Â
How to Return
To request a return, please send an email to hi@tuscantailor.com with your order number and the items to return.
Once completed, TuscanTailor will send a confirmation email, with the Return Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label and instructions for the return shipment.
Please follow attentively all given instructions. Make sure to print, and use the proforma invoice and shipping label provided by TuscanTailor. If the instructions are not followed correctly or if the provided documents are not used, Customs may apply import fees. These fees will be the Client’s responsibility and will be deducted from the final refund.
Please don’t return the order by yourself, we don’t accept assigned port.
Refund
Within 10 working days on receipt of the goods you will be accredited the amount with the same method you used upon making the purchase if possible (Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal).Â
Return Terms & Conditions to obtain the refund:
- We will accept only items not worn or damaged.
- The goods to be returned must be put inside the original packing, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape.
- The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
- Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
- In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite clients to immediately contac: Â hi@tuscantailor.com. TuscanTailor reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
- In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, TuscanTailor reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
- Pickups for all authorized returns with TuscanTailor courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
- TuscanTailor reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
- In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, TuscanTailor reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
TuscanTailor reserves the right to refuse the refund in case that the clothes show evident signs that it has been used or damaged. Items of clothing that have been modified won’t be accepted.
Any shipping that doesn’t meet the prior conditions will be sent back to the client without any refund.

Shoulder
This is one that may be easier with the help of a friend. Measure across your upper back from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other. Try not to hunch over.

Measure all the way around your torso immediately above your bust.

Bust
Wearing your usual bra, with arms relaxed at your sides, measure your bust at the fullest point, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. It takes it past over both nipples, under the armhole and over the shoulder blades, around your back about where your bra strap is.

Waist Bust
Measure around the narrowest part of the natural waistline. To find your natural waistline, bend to one side. There will usually be a crease where you bend. Often it is just below your ribcage. That's your natural waistline. Don't worry since this may seem higher than where you actually wear your pants and jeans. But this is the point that is so important for a great fit. Try to keep the tape measure parallel to the floor as you measure all the way around your torso. That's your natural Waist Circumference.

Hip Bust
Standing with heels together, measure around your body at the broadest part of your hips (approximately 8 inches below natural waistline). This will include the fullest part of your backside too and should be just about where your legs meets your torso.

Upper Arm
Place the tape measure around the widest part of your upper arm, your bicep. Then bend your arm slightly at the elbow. We want to be able to bend your arm in that nature.

HPS to Bust Point
Start from where your shoulder meets your neck and measure down along the front of your body to the tip (apex) of the bust.

HPS to Waist
For best results, tie a ribbon (or string or skinny belt) at your natural waist (the narrowest part of the waistline) to mark it. Then start from where your shoulder meets your neck and measure down following along the curve of your front to the marker at your natural waist. It might be helpful to ask someone to help with this measurement!

HPS to Knee
Start from where your shoulder meets your neck and measure down following along the curve of your front to your natural waistline and then down along to your knee. For best results, ask someone to help with this measurement!
